ASK workshops are professionally developed by highly experienced and passionate health and educational professionals to provide highly effective and engaging workshops that are time efficient and that provide tools for the prevention.
ASK workshops help develop a positive community and build healthy and aspirational expectations for behaviour, increased confidence, resilience and leadership skills, and create and foster a greater range of support strategies. They are fun, engaging, time efficient and effective. Our workshops are flexible in nature. We can adapt and tailor the program in consultation with the school/community needs.
ASK Youth - foundation program helping students understand HEALTH as holistic, and to develop the skills and strategies they need to support themselves and others.
ASK Youth (Support) - works through the foundation program on a level that staff, parents and caregivers can understand and experience how they can best support their kids.
ASK Optimise ME - brings the focus to the individual and how they can move themselves to a space of self actualisation.
ASK Health 101 - learn about the realities of Health in Australia, the health system and how to work together to understand and navigate current health problems.
ASK Mindful moments - brings wellbeing practices to life offering a suite of skills and strategies participants can experience and then bring to life in the classroom, the staffroom and at home.
ASK Connect - brings the art of connection to the forefront of education, understanding that communication and relationships are the key to engagement, this workshop provides a collection of the most effective and enjoyable games and strategies you can use to connect with your kids and open the door to an open mind.
Real people, real life
The ASK Team provides opportunities through the delivery of our workshops to engage participants in a “non-teaching” environment, where our learnings and activities can reach the individual. Our backgrounds and lived experience makes us relatable and relevant and engages students, teachers and parents. We aim to inspire, educate and connect. We come from a space of prevention and know through personal experience and exposure what it takes to move through life's challenges.
